I wanted to send a note to tell you of the fabulous results I have experienced since you replaced my nearly 40 year old furnace. When I contacted you regarding a new heating system, I was paying $175 a month on a budget plan offered by Michigan Gas Utilities. After the first year with my new furnace, MCU notified me that the newly calculated budget would be $93 a month. Needless to say, I was delighted! After the second year, I received a bill for $37. When I called MGU to inquire what the bill was for, they informed me that I overpaid so much at $93 the previous month, that my budget payment for this year is only $37 per month! I have learned the hard way that just because an old furnace still runs that keeping it isn't a wise decision financial wise. Thanks for helping me get my heating costs under control!

Exceeded our expectations!!

What a breathe of fresh air Ken was from Shamrock. An engineer by schooling with the ability to listen and understand our requirements! Shamrock not only met our needs, they exceeded them!
